Steve was very professional from the start. He came into my very personally complicated situation and made me feel at ease with each step, and guided the process very seamlessly and smoothly! Within 2 weeks I had a couple of offers on the home and I was under contract. Everything went so much better than I could have planned or hoped for. Steve was GREAT!!!!!!

While we were living in WV, we found Steve's web site - we signed up to receive weekly e-mails of listings. Within a few hours of completing the online form - Steve called us to introduce himself. He stayed in touch with us prior to coming out in March for a house hunting trip. While we were in Colorado, Steve took us everywhere to see the houses we had selected from online listings. He is very familiar with the Colorado real estate market - no heavy-handed pressure to buy. When we decided to make an offer on a home, he helped us through the process.
